French Toast with Creamy Vanilla Protein Sauce
This is a kind of odd recipe creation that came out pretty yummy–instead of using maple syrup, I created a creamy vanilla protein rich sauce to poor on top of my 2-ingredient French Toast. It's almost like melty icing on top of your toast, I suppose you can also use this sauce for pancakes or cupcakes too-just haven't tried the possibilities yet :)
Vanilla Protein Sauce

- 1 scoop Whole Foods Market Plant-Based Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp casava or corn starch
- 1/4 cup water
Mix all ingredients together in a small sauce pan, and poor on top of french toast. Serve with my 2-Ingredient French Toast.
