Sweet Green Pea Hummus

Simple, clean and green alternative to hummus–enjoy this dip in sandwiches, with fresh cut veggies, or straight out of the bowl!

Sweet Green Pea Hummus

Medicul Medium share:

  • 2 cups frozen organic green peas
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 lemons, juiced plus zest
  • pinch sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper
  • handful fresh parsley, mint, cilantro, dill, or your favorite herbs
Blend all ingredients together, top with more herbs and enjoy!
