Chickpea "Tuna" Salad Pinwheels

My bestie Hail's and I made these wonderful Chickpea Tuna Salad Pinwheels from Medical Medium blog to bring to share for a cocktail party and they where a hit! This is a beautiful and fresh recipe you can serve as a nice app and continue eating for lunch or snack the next day from leftovers :) 

While we used MM exact recipe located HERE, you can also try rolling these pinwheels with my Mok Tuna Salad for another flavor/texture alternative.
