Vegan Lions Main Chicken Breast

This is a super simple and easy sub for vegan chicken that is truly plant-based, made with one single ingredient: Lions Main Mushrooms. In my book, it's better to eat chicken than the artificial fillers and garbage ingredients found in most generic meat alternatives saturating our market. Be sure you're reading the full ingredients label, not just what the front of the package says, and that you understand what you're putting into your body before you do. Even simpler, make your own food using real plants. It's so much more satisfying. 







Vegan Lions Main Chicken Breast

  • lions main mushrooms
  • lemon, juiced
  • garlic clove
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
Rub the lions main down with clove of peeled garlic on all sides. Allow mushrooms to soak in lemon, oregano, salt and pepper for a few minutes–these mushrooms are like sponges and will soak up whatever you marinate them with. Grill on all sides or sauté. Enjoy with fresh salad, grilled veggies or straight up like chicken!
