Smashed Crispy Potatoes

My latest snack or side obsession. Potatoes are plentiful with benefits, provide energy, clean carbs, easy on your digestive and help make you feel fuller without excess calories. Serve these with guac, cauliflower-queso, fresh salsa or straight up!

Smashed Crispy Potatoes

• 1 bag organic baby potatoes
• onion powder
• garlic powder
• sea salt

Boil potatoes until tender and allow to cool until able to handle. Lay out on flat surface. Smash down with back of a cup. Sprinkle with spices and place in air frier for 15-25 minutes on 325 until golden brown and enjoy.
