Raw Ginger Almond Kelp Noodle Salad

Wicked fast, easy and satisfying cold kelp noodle salad that you'll want to slurp all up. Raw Ginger Almond Kelp Noodle Salad

  • 1 pack Sea Tangle Kelp Noodle
  • 1/2 cup raw almond butter
  • 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2" fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2-3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 tbsp coconut amino or Bragg's Liquid Amino's 
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Garnish: scallions, cilantro, peas or edamame, watermelon radish slices 
Soak kelp noodles in a bath of liquid amino acid and water to soften for at least 30min. Blend together all ingredients but kelp noodles and garnish in VitaMix to make Ginger Almond Dressing. Drain and rinse kelp noodles before pouring almond ginger dressing on top and toss/coat noodles well. Add garnish on top and enjoy!
