I learn a lot of food health and innovation from Anna, and love remaking her recipes. I will never forget how she introduced me to kelp noodles many moons ago, and taught me how to treat them.
This plant-based, vegan, gluten-free recipe is super easy to bake up, and SO yummy. You can enjoy hot out of the oven like poppers, on top of a fresh green salad, or stuff into sandwiches or veggie wraps for a Middle Eastern Spiced veggie treat.
