Rainbow Spring Rolls
These super vibrant and fresh wraps are fun and easy to roll together. Just chop a rainbow mix of veggies like peppers, carrots, avocado and cabbage, and dip the rice or coconut wraps in warm water to soften before rolling your rainbows. They make great sandwiches for lunch, or a beautiful appetizer board.
