Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake Pie Remix

Remember my Chocolate Cake Pie? This one's on another level, just added peanut butter! Still loaded with plant protein, omega-3, fiber, vitamins and minerals that makes this a yummy and healthy post-workout snack or guilt-free dessert that tastes peanut butter deathly. Enjoy!

Vegan, Gluten-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake Pie

  • 1/4 cup almond meal ⁣
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup raw almond butter ⁣
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder ⁣
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda or powder ⁣
  • 1 tsp ground dark roast coffee ⁣
  • 1 tbsp flax seed⁣
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup ⁣or date syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp powdered stevia (depending how sweet you like it)
  • 1 can chickpeas ⁣
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ⁣
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract ⁣
  • pinch pink sea salt ⁣
  • unsweetened chocolate chips ⁣or chocolate crumbles
  • roasted, salted, organic peanut butter (to drizzle on top)
Preheat oven to 350. In VitaMix, blend all ingredients together accept for peanut butter and chocolate chips. Stir in chocolate chips after batter is blended together. Poor batter into a pie baking pan, or into cupcake tray with papers and top with drizzled peanut butter and chocolate chip crumbles. Bake for 35-45min and cool room temp before serving.⁣
