Gift of Manifestation

As exciting as it is to ring in the new year with sparkles and champers-it’s also a wonderful opportunity for checking in with yourself and manifestation. What would you like to see this year, how would you like to feel? Focusing your attention on all the things you want, and changing the channel on things that don’t serve you.

My dear friend Miranda was my former Art Director at Whole Foods Market who decided to leave everything, sell all her belongings and travel the world through yoga–the most common Eat, Pray, Love story. At that time, I thought she was absolutely nuts–why leave a perfect life/career/foundation to become homeless, and can’t you just take a vacation? Through her journey, she had big dreams and established a brand for herself called “Namaste In Nature” where she does creative consulting, life coaching and sells out yoga hikes and nature tours on a regular basis in Nashville. She also teaches classes online, and through her business expansion, has provided jobs to a small team of artists that work for her! Nowadays, I think nuts are best for eating.

I thought this is an inspiring story to share with friends and hope it sparks joy on intention setting—ask and you shall receive, whatever it is, even when you start again from zero. Here is a gift of manifestation for the New Year–a helpful exercise outlined by Miranda that you can participate in to compose your best year yet! Finding the time to dig deep into your wants is just as important as eating your veggies, exercise and sustainability. You can download a PDF or pull the 31 questions from the bottom of her blog post on manifestation HERE. Enjoy for yourself or share with more friends!
