Love Potion #1: Breakfast

Start your day off with love by dipping into this dreamy red breakfast potion. Perfect for on the go after a work out – high protein and healthy omega fats will help kick your cravings and keep you satisfied until lunch!
Love Potion #1: Breakfast

  • 1/4 cup dry oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cyclone cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp frozen raspberries
  • pinch pink Himalayan sea salt
  • dry toasted unsweetened coconut flakes to top
  • 1-2 drops stevia, (if you need a little more sweet)
  • 1 1/2 cup filtered water
Place all ingredients into a glass jar with lid (I recycle many of my glass jars from finished grocery items) make a wish while shaking really well with lid on! Keep sealed for at least 30 minutes before unleashing your dreamy guilt-free treat.
