Black Bean Pasta: Dinner in 15min!

Make pasta work harder for you by subbing flour with protein rich - black bean alternative. I love Explore Asian Organic Black Bean Spaghetti and you can recreate this dish with any bean pasta of choice! 

High Protein - Black Bean Pasta: Dinner in 15min!

·       Cooked black bean pasta
·       4 tbsp per serving of Braggs Nutritional Yeast
·       Dry sautéed sweet onions, mushrooms and baby broccoli (fresh or frozen)
·       Splash Braggs Liquid Aminos (BLA)
·       ½ tsp minced garlic per serving
·       Splash miso broth (I used Trader Joe’s boxed miso broth)
·       Celtic sea salt and red chili flakes to top

Cook black bean pasta per directions on box. Drain most of the water and keep noodles in pot. Add sautéed onions, mushrooms and baby broccoli, splash of BLA, garlic, and splash of miso broth if needed to mix ingredients together. Top with nutritional yeast, salt and red chili flakes before serving.
