Chocolate Chia Goji Smoothie with Kale

  • 1/2 bunch kale, of choice, stems removed
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, rasberries)
  • 2 tbsp dried goji berries
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, or raw caco
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup flax milk, or non dairy milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 date (optional)
In a Vita Mix, or high powered blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth.
