Another meal for when you're really short on time.
Bowl of Goodness
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- arugula
- avocado
- broccoli stems, peeled and sliced thin (from leftover broccoli)
- vine tomatoes
- tahini dressing (or your own dressing of choice)
- drizzle of Sriracha (leave out if you're a baby)
